If Pursuit purchases and closes on the property, your $500–$2,000 referral reward is paid on closing day.

Maybe a friend is moving, a family member has inherited a home, or someone you know is ready to sell a rental. Ask if they would like an introduction to Pursuit.
You can say: “Would you be comfortable with me sharing your contact details with Carter at Pursuit of Properties so he can talk with you about buying the house?”
An empty house or a public listing does not mean the homeowner has given permission. If you haven’t spoken with them, start there.

How much does Pursuit pay for a property referral?
The referral reward ranges from $500 to $2,000. The maximum is not the payment for every referral. Contact Carter to discuss the amount for your referral.
When is the referral reward paid?
The reward is paid on closing day if Pursuit of Properties purchases and closes on the property you referred. An introduction, property visit or signed offer alone does not trigger payment.
Do I need the homeowner’s permission?
Yes. Before sharing their details, the homeowner must agree that you can pass their information to Pursuit and that Pursuit can contact them about a possible purchase.
What if the homeowner decides not to sell?
The homeowner is free to decide whether to sell. If Pursuit does not purchase and close on the property, no referral reward is paid.
Can I refer a property in Saskatoon or Regina?
Yes. Pursuit considers referrals in Saskatoon, Regina and the other Saskatchewan communities listed below. Share the address so the team can review the property and location.
Does a property need to be renovated first?
No renovation is needed before making an introduction. Pursuit considers homes in a range of conditions, including properties needing repairs, rentals and well-maintained homes.
What if another buyer purchases the property?
This offer is for a property Pursuit purchases and closes on. Do not assume a purchase by another buyer or an assignment qualifies. Discuss the arrangement with Carter before relying on a reward.
