A simpler way to sell

A property to deal with. Space to take your time.

An inherited home can bring practical decisions at an already difficult time. We can discuss the property in its current condition, the belongings and the timeline you would prefer, without requiring you to commit.

01

A conversation before a commitment

You can ask about selling even if the family has not made a final decision. Share the condition, location and who is coordinating the property. Avoid sending private estate documents through an initial enquiry.

02

Make room for the right people

Let us know if an executor, other owners or family members need to be involved. Your lawyer can confirm who has authority to sign and whether estate matters affect the possible closing date.

03

Talk about the house and its contents

Discuss which belongings the family wants to keep and what may remain. Any cleanout arrangement belongs in the written agreement; it should not depend on an informal promise.

No guesswork

A few things
you might be
wondering.

Ask us a question
Do I need to repair or clean the property first?

You can start the conversation with the property exactly as it is. Tell us about known repairs, belongings and occupancy so we can discuss an as-is offer. Any agreed cleanout or repairs should be recorded in the purchase agreement.

Does Pursuit buy directly or work with other buyers?

Both. Pursuit may buy a property directly, work with a buying partner, or assign its purchase agreement to another buyer. Ask which arrangement applies to your offer. The agreement should explain the relevant terms before you decide to proceed.

Am I committed when I request an offer?

No. An enquiry is a request to talk about your property, not an agreement to sell. You can ask questions, compare your alternatives and obtain independent advice before signing a purchase agreement.
