Do I need to repair or clean the property first?
You can start the conversation with the property exactly as it is. Tell us about known repairs, belongings and occupancy so we can discuss an as-is offer. Any agreed cleanout or repairs should be recorded in the purchase agreement.
Does Pursuit buy directly or work with other buyers?
Both. Sometimes one of our buying partners completes the purchase. We’ll tell you who before you sign. The agreement you review with your own lawyer shows it in writing.
Am I committed when I request an offer?
